Anybody know what's up with MW? I just checked milberg.com and securities.milberg.com, and found no mention of a case against CAI.

My concern is that these guys have no interest in any case that requires actual effort, and the bankruptcy ruling took the steam out of their case vs. CAI.

I've e-mailed MW the following:

Gentlemen, what is the status of your class action vs. CAI Wireless? Has the bankruptcy ruling in management's favor at the expense of shareholders frightened you off?

If you will check the CAWS discussion group at Silicon Investor, (http://www.techstocks.com), you'll find that CAWS investors have performed a lot of the research for you that indicates willful mismanagement of the company and an intentional undervaluing of its assets in order to bring about a bankruptcy.

The bankruptcy case just happened to coincide with a highly favorable ruling by the FCC in favor of two-way transmission over the MMDS spectrum CAI holds that will allow the company to sell highly profitable, high-speed Internet service.

I look forward to your reply.
