Bon:

I disagree with your post. Ericsson might try to invalidate a few of Qualcomm's patents b/c they might read on Ericsson's implementation. Face it, Ericsson can not just go into court and wave their hand and get a patent invalidated. The same goes for Qualcomm.

I wonder what Ericsson has in store for Qualcomm. It should be an interesting couple of months, if not years.
