OK, let's go through this one item at a time: 1) You start your tirade by hyping another (losing?) stock. 2) Elite Computers purchased a division of Abcor Computer, nes pas? Elite Comp changed its name to Key Capital (this April) to more correctly reflect the direction of the company. But companies should NEVER change their name, right IBM? Nice Research. 3) Could you give us your omniscient estimate as to how many of the 6500-plus BB stocks filed a 15-12G? Well, of those that filed at all, it was over half. Nice research. 4) There is no possible way that even the transfer agent knows how many actual shareholders there are (due to street accounts, depositories, etc.), so how could you? My guess there are actually less than there was 8 weeks ago, due to the accumulation that's taken place. Well done. 5) There are exactly 17.5MM shares outstanding - that much the transfer agent does know. Batting 0 for 4... 6) So even though you "know" that there is 20 million outstanding, you're absolutely sure that the Seling's aggregate total of 1.35MM is 60% of the total outstanding. Nice math skills. 7) By the way, the Selings are the nice people who run TotalCorp - a former division of Key Capital - and was recently sold to another company. You're really not very good at this, are you? 8) Tech Data was paid. The only issue remaining is some interest outstanding. OH MY!! 9) So how many companies in America do you think get their start, or help along the way, by means of a 504, 505, 506 or some other form of financing? Bloody brilliant piece of detective work, Sherlock. So it's quite clear you are not only short scum - who didn't cover when the opportunity presented itself - but you have your head so far up your backside that you'll never again see the light of day. Frustrated Finger, you have a lot of anger inside for some reason. I feel truly sorry for you. I will repeat myself for you have a problem in understanding what others say, perhaps because you only listen to yourself. As I said, I am in a stock to make money and I will jump on a momentum play if the upward pressure on price is there which is what I did with KCAP. When the demand slowed on Friday I knew it was time to pull out which I did at $4.72 for a tidy profit. Were you as quick on the trigger or did the bounce catch you cold? I bet you didn't have the guts to short it in the first place. You don't know me or what I'm about, but it is clear what your about. Yes, you are right finger, I don't doubt you, I don't even consider you. I will let my silence do the talking to your immature behavior from now on. You call yourself a man you should be ashamed. MM
