John,

Let me try to figure you and some of the the other MSFT-Lemmings on this board out....

Regardless of the content that myself, Daniel, Frederick, etc. post on this board (even if it is not as positive that you would always want to hear), its the motives behind our postings that are most important?

OK!

Then, based on that fact, since you and so many others on this board own SOOO much stock in MSFT, it is very obvious that your motives behind your postings would be to PROMOTE the MSFT stock and therefore your postings will always be pro-MSFT slanted!

I own NO stock in MSFT (similar to Daniel) therefor I have no financial bias behind my postings.

I am a Network Systems Consultant and find industry discussions thoroughly enjoyable and I strongly believe that the illegal and unethical business actions of MSFT over the past few years to put a set of inferior products into substantially higher marketshare then they deserve disturbs me. It also hurts the computer industry that I work in. So I find it more enjoyable to be around and set the record straight about what MSFT is up to and separate the FUD from FACT that MSFT is so good at spreading.

I will agree that MSFT has a place in the computer industry. Its just that their current place is not what is natural in our industry.

So there is my reasons for being on this board.

You try to explain how in anyone's mind can they trust anything you or your fellow stock-holders have in postings you place on this board. As for the MSFT Employees, well its quite clear their postings must be taken with a grain of salt. Although I have to make an exception for RudeDog who I believe is a MSFT employee but has shown that he can be relatively objective.
