Cheeze Michael, no need to get personal! I was just expressing an opinion based on the facts as I see them. Anyway, me thinks you misunderstand. I am not a "fan" of IBM, I am a fan of making money. And I do. Actually quite a bit thanks to the likes of IBM. I also make money investing in the stocks of IBM's competitors like SUNW, CPQ, INTC, HWP, and others in the technology industry, like one of my current favorites, ITWO. I do not hold an emotional like or dislike of these companies, just their prospects. IBM's prospects are good. That is why I hold their stock. I make my living in the Information Systems industry, so think I have a good feel for where it is going. I buy the stocks of the companies my clients are buying from. Right now, I see continued strength in IBM's ability to compete and win. That is why I hold their stock. One of my friends in IBM tells me that one group in IBM had tee-shirts made with a little blue dinosaur emblem, and the words: "We're back, and we're pissed!" I think they are, and I think LVG is. That is why I hold their stock. I see by your profile you are a contrarian investor. I respect you if you are able to succeed with that strategy, I never have. You keep good company with "The Sage of Omaha". I am more of a "don't buck the trend" type of investor. It seems to work for me. I think the trend for IBM is too strong to buck. That is why I hold their stock. Anyway, I value the opinions of you "contrarians" like yourself, Jules, Tippet, and others. It makes me reevaluate my positions and that keeps me honest. Long or short, somebody is going to make some money. Hope its me! Good Luck! JTK
