Hi Searle!

Thanks for the very sincere and detailed response regarding investing.

I agree in general with your statements about risk, but I am not sure if I agree completely with your stance on the Juniors.

Junior Mining Stocks as Pump & Dump Scams:
You seem to feel that the juniors are all pump and dump scams will little or no real assets. There are certainly companies like this, but there also appear to be companies with various mixes of cash, resources, and production of PMs.

Granted, many of these companies will probably burn through their cash, lose money on their production and have trouble getting funding if the POG stays down. That's why many of them are priced well below $1......the risk of bankruptcy and a loss of 100% of one's investment is real.

But on the other hand, if the POG goes to $400, what might happen to the "quality" juniors? I think they will be much higher than they are now. Perhaps juniors offer higher leverage/returns with a healthy dose of "all of nothing" risk.

Futures:
The proof is in the pudding! I'll get back to you in 2 years & let you know how it worked out.

I appreciate your insight & advice.......by the way, where do you keep your "risk capital"? I assume you don't frequent the "red light district any more! (gggg)

See ya,

THC
