hcm, you do not have to say you are sorry. Every one on this thread is a big boy and they had access on this thread to differing opinions .

I think, however, that this should serve as a lesson to all investors, every time you see a stock having even a whiff of a floorless, forget what you are told about the "goodness" and "long term" character of the bandits, assume the worse and get out. Buy back when it becomes evident that the end game is here (only if the rest of the "story" is still valid and if the dilution did not reduce the story to shambles).

By the way, does any one knows what is the current number of shares outstanding and how much of the floorless is left?

hcm, I'm speculating that something is afoot big time here behind the scenes at IELSF. (or rather I am hoping something is going on!)

Consider this scenario. The holders of the floorless securities will soon convert the bulk of their debentures down at this level creating a large block of shares greater than those held by Harrahs. Harrahs, Geller and all his useless buddies will be turfed by the new group.

If there are no moves in place to turf Geller; or Geller and his team have no plan in place to respond to the current dire situation, then all us IELSF shareholders will have huge taxes losses to declare for fiscal 1998 when this company goes under.

I have also heard rumours that Geller is nowhere to be found these days. According to my information, several groups representing millions of shares have been trying in vain to reach him.

His behaviour during this current crisis is leaving him dangerously exposed if or when some pissed off shareholders decide to take legal action.

Good luck to all IELSF shareholders and maybe next week we will know where we stand.

Hi HCM,

I was reading through the last few posts on the thread trying to make sense of what happened to IELSF. You pointed to something taking place next week, what will that be? I'm trying to determine if I should take a loss on this now or maybe wait.

Please advise.

Thanks
