I agree with you about the quid pro quo, doug. See my previous post to you. My remark - my question, rather - was based only on a quick scan of the news item that David Anderson posted. When I thought about it, I realized that an orange cannot be a quid for an apple quo. jbe

The agreement is a political ploy. The Prez gets some publicity , then they will go back hating each other a little richer. He got nothin better to do. Hillary is in Chicago and Miss Lewinsky moved out.
