Yeah,

I think NAV is a little artificially dragged down by the sale of TLAB shares (they really should have the cash back in NAV), the horrid performance of CMPC (that part is their fault), and the increase in diluted shares (a toss-up). Even so, there is no way NAV is above $20, and certainly no way that even a $5 premium is justified.

I think they could meet somewhere in the middle, and maybe $22 looks like a good re-entry point, depending on how CATP, CMPC and TLAB do.
