And "has it's way" implies there is some sort of power relationship going on between Amazon and the brokerage houses. When does a company not have its way? Of course, you and I both know that Vinik could give Bezos an order, and Bezos would have no choice but to say "Yes, Sir!" After all, without Vinik, Amazon would just be another pissant e-tailer like Egghead, trading below 10 bucks. (hell, even egghead made a profit at one time)
