My thoughts:

KCAP -- a pump & dump. I'm surprised it went this high, but now it will drop back to below a dollar -- soon. Internet, cure for cancer and Russian minerals, come on, give me a break.

WFR -- looks like VEBA wants more equity rather than holding loans. Zeev seems to be up on this on the thread and I think his opinion is better than mine.

I like MEMC based on technical reasons, and still think it is worth holding for the long-term. This rights offering seems to me to be another chance to pick up some cheap shares (and an opportunity for a short-term short) [which I can't do since I have a cash account].
