Did I read that right? No EXTENSION from Oct. 19, 1998.. No Restructuring

agreement on the loan. So the 17.9 is all in default, yet there is cash I think
to cover that amount is there not.

I wonder why they did not let any of that information out on the 19th? Why
wait until the 23rd? Looks like the holders want there money from Dayton, and
can't agree to any type of agreement forward. Is that your take or who
has some information on forward looking statements by this tid, bit, of
FRIDAY NIGHT NEWS.... anyone talk to the company about this 17.9 million
$$$$$$$$$ question today????
