The accountants in Utah will get the audited financials from Chile as sson as they are translated, and this info will be relayed to the official website asap. As soon as the bean counters audit the audited which may include a trip to Chile then we will see consolidated audited financials. I believe I remember hearing that we would show 12 million of assets. I'll ket you do the math as to what book value is and with a "major" breakthrough in news right around the corner we should be trading IMO at 2 x book, even higher, but then again we have defied the quantum physics thing for quite sometime. I don't think we will hear their financials needs/deal making strategies over the next few months. You and I really shouldn't be concerned with this. Even if we knew those numbers we could armchair CEO it til the cows came home. Base your investment decision on what is current and what lies ahead over the next few weeks, not on whether they will bring in a partner. Logic would tell you that, and looking at all the majors books would tell you that as well. My logic has been before the agm, and even after the agm...is that if a partner is invited in it will be someone that already has an established presence in Chile, their feet are already wet, and that they would not buy out the stock as to preserve their own capital. Which means on a buy out of any of the properties I would expect to see some cash and some stock. That way you would receive an equity ownership position in essence in the properties earning value. Just my opinion. Creditability is the key. The creditability goes up after the Chile court decisions, and once drill cores back up the IP's, what do you think will happen to this stock?
