Hey, There is nothing wrong with HEVs winning over EVs. Like you say, we stand to win there too. I think that the public may just become intrigued with the idea of an 800 driving range, and an electric drive train.

Has anybody heard of news that would account for the jump up today, or was this just a fluke? I was just about ready to buy 2k shares at 5 or so like Fred. Nuts! I hope I didn't miss the low.

Del

I haven't checked the board until this morning, but when I say your post regarding which vehicle will take the market first, I thought I would clarify my position. When Del and I commented on the HEV's being first, and I'm sure others on this thread believe the same, we were just filling a void (no other news items @ the time). And, I am sure most people would agree with you, that it doesn't really matter which is first. I have always believed that 'parts', is the name of the game, thus my position on HEV's. I don't want to seem argumentative. I just think that there are times, when there is nothing else in the news relating to ECD, that we want to BS a little. No harm done.

In regards to picking up more shares, I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I picked up over 5k during these lows (BIG SMILE). I was hoping for a long time that we would see some lows, so that I could increase my position, before we take that ride up the charts (single highest increase in one day of any stock).

I am now hoping that we hear something come out of the Alameda EV Expo. Maybe something was mentioned or the people in attendance saw that this was a good time to buy ECD, accounting for the up swing on Friday. Any thoughts?
