I think $10 is a little low for this company. But you may be right, since we are in the $18s routinely now. I think Ill predict the lowest price this year in the 14s range ... exactly the same as psft share price prediction!

You and I disagree primarily in that I dont think you think things will recover. I believe this situation with software is like the Comm hardwares in 1994... does anybody remember that? 1994 was a bad year in general but forgetting that for a moment, Comm hardware which was Cisco, NN, Ascend (I think) and a bunch of others got hammered at that time, and projected slowing revenues - everyone down at least 50%. Some of those companies, I think most actually, never recovered to their prior highs when Comm hardware was leading the mkt a few months before. But for a few leading companies (Csco), it turned out to be a tremendous buying opportunity. I believe thats what is happening here, I think things will eventually recover for the leading companies - Does anybody think we are done with business automation? No Way! And the internet has enabled cross-business commerce and no one has even touched this yet. But this is a lull in the software buying cycle that could take a while to work itself out, and the recovery may only include the strongest companies.... Im sure Siebel will be one of those, I doubt manu and vntv will ever approach their prior highs, then there are some like I2 where its anybodys guess. Well thats my take on it, so you see Im more bullish than you.

Michelle

A company with $400mm in revenue in a high growth market trading at 2x sales. If I were you I would hire a broker because you are going to lose your shirt.
