Arnie, their cash is $10 million net of current liabilities. In Q3 they ran a $16 million deficit. Since they have now laid off 3/4 of their work force, I would assume that the company can continue in business for another 5 to 6 months.

Arnie, I don't have the data with me but I recall that they had $25M in cash and equivalents at the end of Sept. (I'll verify and post if this is incorrect.) With their layoff and ramping up of several trials in 2 programs, it's very difficult to estimate a new burn rate. I believe the real question is if they have a chance of landing a new partner in the near term for either program. I'm sure you can guess my opinion. Rudy
