This is an update of information on group performance since 4/25/97.
At the low point on 4/25/97, the group average prices began
increasing in a steady fashion and never had a down week until
9/26/97, a period of 22 weeks. During that period, the group price
went from 760 to 1460, a gain of 92 percent without a hiccup.

Note that in the first 6 weeks of that run in 1997, from 4/25/97 to
6/6/97, the group gain was 26 percent. This past week, in just 5
days, the group gain was 27 percent. That is on top of a gain of
14 percent the week before. Taking the last 2 weeks, the group gain
has gone from 409 to 594, a 45 percent increase. The same
approximate gain in 1997 took 11 weeks to attain.

The question of interest is - what is going to happen next week?
Clearly, the "rubber band" has snapped back a long way from the
tremendously oversold position of the group 2 weeks ago, but will the
snapback continue? Only the "market" knows!!
