Sean, Valence technology has been a R&D company that is moving to manufacturing of lithium polymer batteries for laptops, cell phones etc. It has had some false starts and now must get it going by January to survive. It looks as if it is going to make it this time. In any event, insiders purchased 250,000+ shares at beginning of September. It is reported analysts just visited the plant in Northern Ireland. It is believed a contract with an OEM is on the verge of being signed. When the contract is signed I am expecting a big pop. one should do there own due diligence before investing in this one as it is not certain they can sign a contract by January, which is a due date on its highly speculative financing package. I believe though something big is about to happen and the chart is showing it.
