Nice 2 posts Marty. Very typical of your balanced and mature persona. Thought many of you would like to get a perspective of my first week on the job. I can only give you the color of the surroundings in-as-much, as specifics are a no-no. As per my earlier visits TSIG's facilities are quite capable of handling significantly greater capacity than is now required. I sincerely believe that RG and team have put together an infrastructure that can grow rather rapidly as new business comes in the door. My earlier assessment was one of warning of potential criticism due to the very high capacity of the infrastructure and when it could actually be used. I now see that my earlier observation and RG's comment to me back in July were very much on target. The call center on site is currently using this equipment. As new call centers are developed at remote locations, this equipment is what will be used. No need to duplicate expensive equipment at each new call center. The Lucent Technologies equipment is the latest and it has the capacity to be utilized by thousands of operators. While someone could argue that Gordon might have overbought, he best sees the road ahead, and after explaining to me these plans, it is more than apparent that he is building an infrastructure to get through the first year or so without the worry of upgrading or updating. There is potential for rapid and very large expansion. There is something however that I did not pick up on my previous visits and now have a better understanding. There are numerous talented and dedicated people in our company. Very bright, personable and very technically oriented. Not an easy thing to quantify on brief investor visits. The depth of technical ability at TSIG and sense of company dedication had been completely missed by me. You should all take great pride and comfort in this knowledge. Especially since we are only traveling on BB tracks at this juncture. I don't have to tell you how difficult it is to find a real company in the BB's much less a company with the inventory of people dynamics such as TSIG's. Before I close, there's something else. Something very important. There's an excitement in the air at TSIG. You can actually feel the electricity. People there for 3 and 4 years make note of it. A certain anticipation of "things about to happen." Most people move as though there's not enough time in the day. They don't run for the doors at 5. A collegiality and team-like atmosphere purposefully at work to insure a common goal. A new business is really being born, and the metaphors used previously by many of us here on the thread were truly prescient. The speed is picking up and this train is getting ready to roll. While it may not happen fast enough for those with short time horizons, I can only say I'm glad to be on both trains, as an investor and as one of the little wheels in the machine. Marty, there's one last thing I'd like to note. We cannot ignore the fact that TSIG is traded on the bulletin board. Certain behaviors of BB stocks are almost predictable. Whenever a BB stock spikes north the bashers, (day-traders,) will always show up. (It's always easier to scare someone into selling than to talk someone into buying.) However, in my sincerest and humblest of opinions, and without any inside knowledge, just armed with the same understanding of The Card as I have been since my first day of awakening to its immense potential many months ago, these predictable behaviors, they too will pass. Day-traders, penny-ante and high rollers alike, will always ride the daily wave. Real investors will however.... sail the seven seas. Your humble servant, Rich
