RISK FACTORS WHICH MAY AFFECT FUTURE RESULTS (continued)

With respect to the Company's financial and management information systems, the Company must upgrade the application
software to be Year 2000 compliant. The supplier of the software has developed a Year 2000 compliant version of the
software and the Company anticipates upgrading its systems to this version prior to the end of fiscal 1999. Because on April 1,
1999 the Company begins its fiscal year 2000, the Company anticipates that if it does not upgrade its financial and management
information systems in Fiscal 1999, it may encounter Year 2000 compliance issues as early as April 1999. With respect to its
suppliers, the Company is beginning to communicate with key suppliers to assess their vulnerability to the Year 2000 issue and
intends to increase inventory levels of certain key components to help mitigate the risk of certain suppliers not being able to
supply materials on a timely basis due to systems issues.
