I found out something interesting last night.

You know how we have been saying that an MOU is not a contract? Well, according to someone I know who is familiar with business dealings in Germany....an MOU in Germany is equivalent to a contract.

So if that is true, then eventually DGIV should be seeing some action from the German connection.

Good points Sam.
DGIV insiders (including Jimmy CHin ) have more than 50% of the outstanding shares, and they have held these shares all of this time. I would think that they expect the shares to be much more valuable in the future.....

Also, negotiations in each country/region of the world probably involve several different parties, all of whom now know about DGIV and its ambitious goal of becoming a global Ip telephony company (connect the dots). These parties from any one country/region also know that DGIV is negotiating with other parties in other parts of the world. As they get to know DGIV as part of their DD of their prospective business partner, their interest in the company may increase, perhaps even before the contracts are done?
