What are odds ABTE will extend the wave 4 on the daily? Weekly and monthly still in wave 1 and overdue. Shorts have huge profit and could cash out but trend is their friend. The news is out, it's crunch time again for abte.

Oakt's monthly is a classic 5 down count, assuming it maintains until Nov. It's weekly is trending and closed nicely Fri. Daily is hesitating and if buying comes in on a dip it will close strongly on the monthly.

Yikes!! Shareholder lawsuits! My read on ABTE was purely technical in nature. I didn't know it was one of those guys with lawsuits over it's head. But since I am such a lousy trader on fundamentals, this could make my earlier scenario of ABTE as a short in the mid 5's more attractive. Hmmmmmm, this could get interesting!
