Larry-

You asked me to return to the thread... so her I am. I have compiled a few more questions which I think are very important to ALYD TEAM members.

1) How many Y2K contracts has the company signed to date?
2) What is the current revenue value of these signed contracts?
3) What is the anticipated completion dates for the majority of
signed contracts?
4) Has the company signed any clients for the new ERP products and
svs.?
5) If not, what is the ramp up timetable?
6) What are the earnings projections for ERP in 1999?
7) If the ERP market will be slow in 99 because of Y2K, what
potential new Y2K revenue does the company expect from current
discussions with potential customers?
8) When will we definitively hear more about other non-Y2K related
businesses? Not hope to, should, might or maybe.... definitively.
9) What is the role of Olgilvy going to play in the company's near
term future?
10) What is ALYD's management going to actively do to increase
shareholder value?
11) What active measures is the company taking to attract new
investors to the company?
12) When is the company going to have coverage initiated on the
company?

If I get real answers to these questions I will be happy.
