CORP. NOTICE / Patria Resources Announces Change of Auditors and Drilling Program Update CALGARY, ALBERTA--PATRIA RESOURCES LTD ("Patria") announces that it has changed its auditors. The previous auditors, Bleackley Hanson McCowan & Howden have voluntarily resigned due to changes within their firm. Patria has appointed Halpin Antony Owen Mayer as its new auditors for the upcoming year. The drilling program on Patria's Medicine Hat properties is proceeding with the imminent spud of the four planned shallow gas wells. Surface leases have been secured and site preparation will begin immediately. Drilling of Patria's second well in the United Kingdom is near to commencement. Patria has contracted Onshore Oilfield Services Limited of Lincolnshire to drill the well. Patria is pleased to be working with OOSL as contractor due to their ability to drill the well on a fixed cost basis.
