Also in the PR: biz.yahoo.com it states that NUOA also has FXWA warrants that can be exercised and if done they will own 85% of FXWA. Now 85% of FXWA @ $6.625 .... ahhh Someone help me do the math. I am in as this looks very good to me. One rationalization is that I am actually buying a "resort" stock that happens to have gambling. :) Joe PTG&LI !!!

Look for Fred Luke through NuVen Advisors to file to purchase up to 50 million shares of NUOA next week. Look for the financing to be finalized to open the Gap Gammamarth casino and to complete the surrounding projects. Look for NUOA to purchase a casino and hotel on the coast of Spain.
