Maybe SI will pick that one up.

APCO's upside anywhere under 10 bucks is so much greater
than the downside.
True investors are moving APCO up IMO. Even short term traders
of APCO must believe it is headed back up to $10 or $12. IMO
with the downside nearly nonexistent, it's a great place
to put your money in such unsettled times. I'm looking for
12 1/2 before I sell any. $15 is what I expect to see if
the rest of the markets will co-operate.

With APCO's news continuing to be positive, where else would
it be expected to go?

Per earningwishers.com the whisper number for APCO is 0.18!!!!!!!!!!!
Change that, it is now 0.19!!!! Here is the link if you want to check it out.
