Dear DBK: Thank you. In the event you were unaware I should point out that SYNT never has been a big Y2K company. I believe the most we have seen in REPORTED earnings was something like 10% of revenue being y2k. The CEO has indicated in the past that he could not see Y2K revenue at any time exceeding 20% of gross revenue. To me this is a PLUS as company is growing VERY FAST without depending too much on Y2K business. Thus they will not have to REINVENT themselves (as IMRS is doing now) to be successful after 2,000. As to the upgrades and timing, I really dont know the answer. But I am confident that SYNT will meet or beat street estimates. JDN
