Spider, what's your take on this?

Market is about $1.50. Sylver ships the shares out of the country and puts them on Mann's charge account at .25 each. Sylver creates a $1.25 profit per share based on the market price at the time. Doesn't even make Mann pay for the shares up front.

You like AZNT and management, what's your call?

Gee, I dunno, tonto. But he must have seen SOME advantage in the arrangements, or he wouldn't have made them, would he?
