Gary, everything you said about the Fed et al is true, but it is a market of stocks, not a stock market...as Peter Lynch is fond of saying if you spend 15 minutes a year thinking of the economy, you've wasted 12 minutes, or something like that.

I don't think Fed action has anything to do with NOVL, as the level of interest rates has been all over the map since this thread was started and NOVL has been up and down and all around but now it is making new highs.

Enjoy what is happening with NOVL: new highs. Demand is overcoming supply. Think positive.

Life is simple. If you're worried about your position put in a stop loss order so that you can sleep better, or sell.

Keep the faith.
Best, Joe

Gary Greenspan.....

>>The price increase is due to .25% interest cut by FED. The action
makes the bulls excited in expectation of further cuts will be in
the way. In reality, no more cuts will be possible. Just take a look
at the bond market, the interests are going up. A great number of
Americans are count on Welfare and Social Security, they can no
inflation eating away their benefits. Any further cuts in interests
will bring Asian problems home. >>

Tell us when you're planning to appear with Alan in your next report to Congress.

"...the interests are going up...." - hmmmmm. Provocative statement.

"great number of American ARE count on Welfare and SS....." - hmmmmm.

"Any further cuts in interest rates will bring Asian problems home...." - ahhh sooooo.

Gary, my suggestion would be to have some kind of economic textbook by your side before you try to testify to this forum. And I thought I was confusing.....

Then again, being short Novell these days can do that to you.
