I agree that the cash burn rate Kurt mentioned seems a bit high. The business plan to conduct business thru 1999 assumes conservative sign up numbers. When the advertising date was moved up this was based on early positive results with the quality of Portico resulting in a lower cash outlay early on and subscribers (GMGC is ahead of plan). Telcos will not start offering Portico until late this calender year or early next however the Christmas holiday season may inspire them to move up their time frame. An announcement however may come alot sooner than that. Analyst will then estimate earnings and growth rates and I believe this to be the reason to be on board. Reseller sales are going very well. Referral business is brisk as people are exposed to Portico they are impressed with the service resulting in inquiries to resellers.
I'm glad to be long GMGC and have no plans to sell! Portico is an exciting step into the future and Magic Talk will have an awsome impact in many new applications. This is a direct quote from a licensed MS technician "Magic Talk is the best!".

Good luck! Rob
P.S. My parents were skeptical about Portico. I reminded them about my fathers early years with Litton Industries as they developed one of the first Microwave tubes "remember all the naysayers then".

When GMGC hits it big! $$$$$$$$ ; o)
