Can anyone tell me, if the stock closed below the option purchase price that director's and others have accumulated as of the end of the quarter,then would these not be left out of total # of shares outstanding when the earnings are calculated.Would this not help IDX to at least meet if not beat estimates.I always read the posts from Brad,Steve,and others and have found them helpful to continue to believe in this stock as such I do express my thanks.
