Some time ago, someone read me a lot about the trials, and it sounded like they were full of holes. I don't recall all the details any more, so this is just impression now (I can't substantiate this any more), but there were things like a number of subjects being eliminated before the trials and also DURING the trials, for questionable reasons. And it sounded like some criteria were vague as well. Based on that, I would expect that if they need to show sterling trials they are pretty likely to fail approval. --Linda
