Third Quarter EPS Estimate is ($-0.54), on revenue of $5 million (range of estimates is $3.8 - 5.0 million), a 98% increase over 2Q revenue. Credit card transaction processiong revenue ($2.4 - $2.6 million) Consulting Revenue of $2.2 million; estimate the remaining revenue to come from set-up fees for CYCH bill presentment offering.
