Look, its very simple. Bezos and the brokerages that are pimping Amazon stock to the public are walking a razor thin line, and such things as 3 million shares of junglee/planetall stock being dumped tends to upset their delicate manipulation. Amazon has placed more restrictions on insider sales than I've ever seen in any company. They want to know when, what brokerage (so they can immediately "borrow" those shares to hedge Vink and Mary), how many shares, and the address of your relatives if you decide to sell too much. (ok, I'm just speculating about the last one.. ;) )
