Hmmmm, when DID Charlie leave? Last November, something like that? Can anyone help with this one? So MANY former employees are gone. I think that what Mike Sylver REALLY wants to do is cancel EVERYBODY's shares except his own. What astonishes me more is that he really believes he can do it. Well, since he's acting as his own TA he really CAN prevent 144 shareholders from selling, even when the restrictions have expired. I suppose that eventually they'll appeal, as has happened before (the reason why one of the TAs resigned, as I understand it), but.... He and the Three Stooges are right, the rest of the world is wrong. Uh-huh.
