One of my enemies from the past who was trying to give me some credit in a polite way said, "He's one of those guys who just marches to a different drummer." Of course, since I didn't want to accept this as reparation between us, I refused the gratuity by saying, "It's not the drummer, I just hate marching period."

Now, I trust I've successfully dodged that question and you'll give me a pass.
