V and gang, Well, you folks have followed your path now for 6 months. ASTG is now in a chapter, and if things don't change soon there is no more. You have to realize it is a matter of time before you folks are taken out. so, I can get you folks $150,000 in cash, now. I have spoken to Mario, and he will drop the Topnet suit for $100,000, plus I will eat Maesa's losses. Now we are talking about close to a half a million dollar deal and no action against you, the directors or officers. How you guys divide the funds is your business.
