Even if a mine is a given, share prices tend to drop between the time that approvals are recieved and construction is completed. Look at Diamet which dropped to $8.00 before recovering to the low $20's when the mine opened. I guess people don't like to tie their money up during the "boring" phase. Funny how the share price can run up higher when they're still scratching in the dirt and the sky is blue !
