Okay, Zucco has a lot of options at 8-1/2, he gets zilch if the sellout price is 6 ... Intel said he wants Shiva at 6 ... Intel is one of those guys that play hardball, ask DEC ... they threatened to cut off their chip supply, so I don't believe there will be another company who wants to touch Shiva and anger Intel ... The only chance that it will not pass is shareholder's no vote ... Now everyday it pass by, more votes will be in arbitragers hand to capture the difference between whatever they paid and 6 ... so unless the 'no' guys have tons of shares, it is hard to fight ... and as I said earlier, if the 'no' vote passes, prepare for at least a temporary dip because of the exit of the arbitragers ... Good luck, everyone, I exited at 5-17/32 a few days back, but if there is a dip, may be I will jump back in ...
