Thanks Teevee: Yes the gem quality at Diavik and the multitude of stones in the Misery and subsequant valuations testify to this regard. I remember John Gurney visiting the Misery pipe., and commenting that it was the "Glory Hole" the likes of which he had never seen before. Lots of diamonds., but the stone values speak of the quality. They are however good deposits., people really dont realize how rare a high value diamond deposit is let alone 301US per carat values.
