Do the math on what happens when a software company's win rate on big deals drops from 70% to 50% at the same time the economy slows and IT spending get's squeezed.

Fair enough but remember we're 50% off the high in Siebel and the company has not disappointed in any way.

,Just because a person has so far had only positive things to say about a company doesn't mean that person is in love with the stock or the company.

So far, I haven't found the negatives. Sorry. However, when I do I'll be the first to mention them here. All this IT spending slowing down, the economy slowing down, etc are external issues and will impact many companies, not just sebl.

So , if one were to choose to be invested at all in this sector at all, what company do you feel is a better alternative given that they will be facing the same external issues as SEBL?
