What a burden that must be...

It has never been difficult to come up with erudite and convincing reasons to do evil. The religious among us would probably call them temptations. Doing what is right is always harder to justify.

Xenophobia is also nothing new, nor is the attempt to apply Darwin's thoughts on physical evolution to the social sphere. I recall a fellow named Adolph who thought much this same way. Also one named Emile.

What's amazing to me is that the sniveling little shits who write this stuff are probably model citizens in their own way. Educated, worldly, never splitting an infinitive or misspelling "waht". Probably keep their lawns impeccable, no loud noises or domestic scenes.

People you'd like to have for neighbors.
