Linda, this is where Vargas and I have a difference of opinion.

I still firmly believe that there is PLENTY of gold in the mountain.(s)

The old timers did not get it all, in fact they barely scratched the surface.

We all agree that Jim Chapin (ex-stockbroker) knew nothing about gold mining, whatsoever. He knew how to sell stock. period.

If I was paying $10,000 per month to lease the Ruby, I would do anything to mine gold. If we had no money then split the gold between the miners. It's that simple. It could have been simple. Jim Chapin choose to to sell cheap stock to pay his salary. As long as his salary was paid I don't think he cared.

If you're a gold mining company, Mine. If not, get the hell out of the business.

We were hoodwinked, plain and simple with false leading PRs and lies.
We believed them. I believed him for 5 years. Listening to countless hours of conference calls.

I can't wait to move to GV. The first run in with Jim should be inetersting.

PS: And one more lesson. Never, never believe anything written on the internet. SI, Yahoo, anywhere. There are just as many con men on Yahoo as there are at BCMD.
