BALDWIN, YOUR RIGHT, CIEN AND LU ARE COMPETITORS, I COULD NOT REMEMBER ON WHAT THREAD I READ IT ON. MAYBE C NET. BUT, IT WAS A SHORT MENTION OF A POSSIBLE BUY-OUT... I FEEL CIENA CAN STAND ALONE AT THIS POINT.., AS HER PRICE BECOMES MORE ATTRACTIVE FOR ANOTHER MERGER ATTEMPT.. TAKE EXAMPLE "NICEY", NOT A MERGER STOCK BUT, TORN APART BECAUSE IT DID'NT MEET STREET REVENUE EXPECTATION, AND NOW ITS COMING BACK.. HOPING TO SEE NEW RESPONCE IN TOMORROW'S MARKET GOOD LUCK TOO ALL!!!!
