I agree, but when you start a race (business) its best to have an energy supply (cash) that doesn't have the burden of interest or the weakening effect of delusion. 95 percent of current outside investors are underwater and insiders are sitting pretty. So much for motivation, when things are this lopsided what is the incentive?

Check out note 9 on page 19 of the financial's. I wouldn't lose track of 3,400,000 shares of the price I paid for them. If they do not recover these shares "it represents a 17% increase of common shares outstanding as of 12/31/97."

Amazing.
