Ask someone who paid 95.00 for NTL, 33.00 for GIB.A, 85.00 for BDM, what do you think will be his answer? Don't forget that we are playing a game, when you win there is someone who loose! That is why we are trying to have all the best information we can. Your were right about IPV and with this information maybe there is a lot of people that lost less money that if you had didn't tell your point of view. That is this fact that you should remember, helping people(small investors). As you know that is not your broker who will do it. Take care R.H.
