Captain Kirk, that message got me scratching my head. That monkey you referred to was never ashamed of admitting to a wrong call. Re. STII, he admitted to it at least 4 times. -g- One example:
<<Stanford Telecom is another company on which Bob is wrong for two years. It's a dog. Well, that puts me in the "being wrong" category because, I too was bullish on STII about a year ago. >> that was said here:#reply-3763841
In fact I sold all of my STII in early 97 for a slight profit (Though I would have loved to get out at the top.) STII thread is not too long, if you can check post 0, you sure can find the post in which I said I sold all mine. I would like to save you trouble in digging-up some dirt. #reply-5641266. If you find any inconsistencies, please let me know.

In fact, you sound like a "MohanHead" in that post genuflecting before his king.... 8)

Looks the Brinkerheads can think only in terms of kings and subjects! :-) I have never said that I believe MMV (or anybody else, even (gasp!) Brinker ;-) ) can predict where the market is headed.

There is only one permanent truth in finance, and that is -- people will get bullish at the top and get bearish at the bottom. All I said was that MMV's posting about this being a liquidity-driven market explained where things stand now and why.

Dipy.
