The last time I observed ULBI acting this way was last fall the price jumped to around 19 I believe the news was regarding delivery of the Lithium Polymer to Mitsuibishi. We all know they were unable to meet the demand! Good news is just around the corner! Dont be short if you are cover! ULBI has very few shares in the float and many of those will not sell including myself! The potential for ULBI to explode on good news is high! THESE ARE JUST MY OPINIONS! Based on these facts: ULBI is now capable of producing in mass Lithium Polymer technology! The 9 volt primary is back logged 1 mil. batteries The 10 year 9 volt is the only one available and is now mandated in many communities! OEMs have been to ULBI to observe production of Lithium polymer. Continuing funding from government resources helps reduce future. R&D expenses validation of ULBI management and technology. Earlier in the year ULBI secured additional facility space for ramp up of more production. Then secured additional financing for that purpose! The performance of ULBI management has always had their investors in mind (Long term holders) they have with patience and well thought steps brought Lithium Polymer technology to the final step a contract to produce in mass! They achieved this goal thru revenue generating products, technology contracts, government grants to further develope their technology. Becoming respected in the world markets through ISO 9001 certification for quality. I know there is more. I will also say they have had some pitfalls but its not a perfect world they have pushed thro the set backs keeping their game plan in mind! Yes I'm long and bullish on ULBI I want to thank the other ULBI fans especially Webpilot and Dennis Roth over on Yahoo I have learned alot from them they shoot straight and have great knowledge of the industry! They have been in the trenches supporting ULBI as long as I can remember (I have been following ULBI for 3 years)! Do your D & D and clarify everything you read here as anyone can post anything to manipulate a stock. That is not my intended purpose for posting! AND YES THIS IS MY DISCLAIMER!!
