dug-- WSTL doesnt do good enough R&D to justify continuation. its that simple as far as i am concerned. i am also not prepared to give zionts any credit. i think he is completely in control and working under his own agenda. it is becoming clear they can not make modems that anyone wants to put out on the street in volume. so, what can they do? conf+ is a good thing, but eventually its a loser. i am quite serious about this. i see no reason to do anything other than ride out any existing contracts and start restructuring while divesting all the low margin modem business. and canning the R&D. let pair get killed trying to fight this. there is no hope for this company in the modem business and we have been kidding ourselves for far too long. good luck to all, trey
