Perhaps it's who is losing less money...

400+ die per wafer at .25 has been cited..

techweb.cmp.com

I'm impressed with Micron pressing anti-dumping charges against Taiwanese manufacturers...

Name Micron's key competitors...none are Taiwanese, none of the Taiwanese are even in the top ten. Less than 10% of the market.

Tell me that this doesn't have more to do the future than the the past.

BTW...NOBODY is making money fabing DRAMs right now...isn't that obvious?

I believe to some degree DOC is a puppet to our friends at Micron. So I expect DOC to act against the Taiwanese...has nothing to do reality as I see it.

i don't believe they are making money. the foreign mftr was listed on this thread and i commented on it about a little while ago. don't feel like looking it up. i think fabeyes also commented on it and he might remember who it was. they were japanese, i believe. possibly toshiba or nec. actually, i thought it was funny. they are learning to manipulate the ninnies like they do here. it is easier than growing a business ;-)
